Management and Quality Management
United Elite values staff. We believe
that appropriate training to staff is an important element to success. Following
the technical training in the middle of this year, a training on crisis
management and quality management was held in November.
The training was held at the Gold Coast
Hotel. In 1998, exactly ten years before, we had a training at the same venue.
Only this time United Elite and all of us are matured.
Mr Spencer Kwan, General Manager, had
invited two of his good friends, Mr Chong and Mr Ooi, flying a long way
from Singapore and Malaysia to Hong Kong, to deliver lectures. Mr Chong and Mr
Ooi are experts in the pest control service industry with over twenty years of
related experience. A section on ISO Integrated Management System was also
included. The training included lectures, group discussions and competition. All
of us had a good time agreed that the training satisfied their needs.
We are grateful to have Mr Chong and Mr
Ooi teaching us with knowledge and insightful ideas. A big Thank You to both of
you, Patrick and Johnny! Thanks are also given to all the staff for their
participation and enthusiasm.
